The City Council will continue a public hearing on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 6:45 p.m. (NOTE EARLY START TIME), in the City Council Chambers on an application by SG Collaborative for a change in zoning (Douglass Hill).

The public hearing portion of the zoning change for the proposed redevelopment site began at the October 5 City Council meeting. Presentations were given by the Planning & Development Department, the Asst. City Manager on the TIF process, and SG Collaborative. City Council members were able to ask questions during all of these presentations.

You can view the questions asked by the City Council and the responses from City of Webster Groves staff and members of the development team here.
