Teleconference Instructions

Meeting Teleconference Procedure

Due to the St. Louis County Executive Order restricting gatherings, upcoming City Council Work Sessions and Regular meetings, as well as City Board and Commission meetings will be available to the public only via teleconference. Instructions on listening through your phone or computer to the teleconference via Zoom will be posted below prior to the meeting. 

Remarks of Visitors and Public Hearings

Remarks of Visitors comments and Public Hearing comments may be submitted via email to no later than 4 p.m. on the meeting date in order to be included in the meeting minutes. Please include “Remarks of Visitors” in the subject line. In addition, if you would like to speak during either Remarks of Visitors or a Public Hearing, please use the “Raise Hand” button on Zoom. You will be called upon when it is your turn to speak. To ease identification, please use your first and last name when signing on to the Zoom session. Public comment will be limited to the designated time frame during each public hearing, and Remarks of Visitors. Comments will be limited to three minutes.
