About Gerry

Mayor Gerry Welch was elected to the City Council in 1994. She was elected Mayor in 1998 and re-elected in 2002, 2006, 2010, 2014, and 2018 and currently serves as Council Liaison to the Arts Commission and the Police Community Engagement Board.
