SPORTS AND MORE CAMP


Sports, arts and crafts, games and many more healthy exercise options! Campers will swim daily, so don't forget your swimsuit, towel and sunscreen. KINDER CAMP


Come have a great time with us as we do age-appropriate activities in this HALF-day camp. We’ll play games, sing songs, take nature walks, talk about safety, make crafts, eat snacks and have a few other surprises. Get your kids prepared for Camp Webegee, and don’t miss out on this week of fun! All participants will receive a T-shirt.

SAFETY CAMP


Could your children be safer at home, school and play? This camp teaches young children how to be safer through songs, coloring books, movies and other activities. Topics include Summer, Pedestrian, Water and Fire Safety (including a trip to the WG firehouse); Safety on Wheels; Stranger Awareness; and what to do if he/she gets lost. Children are welcome to bring a sack lunch to eat together between sessions. 
Junior counselors ages 12 and older are needed; apply at The Rec.

Level up your engineering skills with Play- Well TEKnologies and tens of thousands of LEGO parts! Apply real-world concepts in physics, engineering, and architecture through engineer- designed projects such as gear cars, gondolas, merry-go-round and scissors lifts. Design and build as never before and explore your craziest ideas in a supportive environment.

OZZIE SMITH'S SPORTS ACADEMY BASEBALL/SOFTBALL CAMP
Ozzie Smith Sports Academy camps, appropriate for girls and boys, are instructed by quality ex- professional and/or current ex- collegiate players. Instructor-to-participant ratio is kept at approximately 1:10. Communication skills and motivation of each athlete are stressed, with positive instruction at a low cost. This baseball/softball camp offers detailed instruction in hitting, pitching, infield, outfield and base running. Scrimmages and specialty drills will also be included. Bring a glove, bat (if you have one) and water bottle daily. Youth receive a T-shirt, certificate, written evaluations, tips from the pros flier and a $10 gift certificate for camps, lessons or parties at Ozzie Smith Sports Academy. Participants are divided by age and skill level. Youth should bring a water bottle, glove and bat (if you have one) for baseball/softball camp daily. 
Note: there is no before or after care available for this camp.

OZZIE ALL STAR MINIHITTERS
The basic fundamentals of baseball/softball will be covered with emphasis on FUN in a structured environment. This is an excellent introduction to the sport in a fun and energetic camp setting.

CHALLENGER INTERNATIONAL SOCCER CAMPS

MAD SCIENCE GROSS OUT SCIENCE CAMP
Miss Manners might not approve, but your child definitely will! Gross out camp is a week of learning about our gross bodily functions. Burping, boogers, excrement, gas, saliva, germs, and how our brain cells, heart, organs, and blood contribute to this. Each camper needs to bring a sack lunch each day. There is no before or after care available for this camp.

OUTER LIMITS CAMP


Webster and several other municipalities are working together to bring you this outdoor adventure camp! Climb 100' tall oak trees, zip line, practice archery, and much more at Camp Wyman with their highly trained facilitators. Bus pick-up will be held at The Lodge in Des Peres at 9:15 a.m. Campers will return to The Lodge at 3:45 p.m. Please pack a non-perishable lunch and water bottle daily. PERFORMING ARTS CAMP


Drama and art team up for this fun fine arts camp. Youth receive basic instruction in creative dramatics, scripting, beginning improvisation, set design and construction using various arts and crafts media. Camp is directed by Bill Sharpe, MA in theater from the University of Michigan and instructor/founder of the Webster Groves Youth Theatre and The Stage Company. All projects will come together in a play for participants' families on Friday evening (youth must have completed kindergarten).

AQUA POOL CAMP

 
Join us as we jump around to different pools in our area! This week-long camp will consist of field trips to different Aquatic Centers around St. Louis! SPRING TRAINING VOCAL CAMP FOR HIGH SCHOOL SINGERS
This camp offers exciting, fun-filled experiences to help young singers hone their vocal, acting, and movement skills. Students at Spring Training will learn about the life of a professional singer through daily private voice lessons, individual attention in master classes, and conversations with Opera Theater of Saint Louis elite artists and music staff, while gaining hands-on experience in stage movement, acting and improvisation, stage makeup and more! Students will attend a live performance of The Marriage of Figaro before concluding the week with their own recital and fully-staged opera scene performance. Introduce your child to the magic of opera through hands-on experiences in singing, writing, composing, and making instruments, supervised by Opera Theater of St. Louis professionals and leading music educators! Campers will also learn about costuming, makeup, lighting, and set design - all the things that go into Opera Theater's internationally- acclaimed productions! Camp tuition includes on ticket per student for a live performance of The Marriage of Figaro, brought to life by OTSL and members of the renowned Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra.
